This project is located on the Caloosahatchee River in south Cape Coral, Florida and is nestled in a highly sensitive coastal marine environment surrounded by mangroves, and incorporates mangrove hammocks within its confines. The marina was designed and permitted for 289 slips. The scope of services provided for this project included the preparation of a DRI statement with sufficient reports, site engineering details for the harbor master, showers, parking facilities, laundry facilities, ship store, gas docks and sewage pump-out stations and fuel docks.

Scope of services included planning of the subdivision, architecture for amenities, and civil engineering for subdivision and marina. Project was designed for the Realmark Development, LLC.
