GULF COAST VILLAGE CAMPUSAn 80-acre development with independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, all nestled on a campus style plot, in Cape Coral Florida. The site has lakes and ponds, gardens, recreation facilities, and complete on-site dinning facilities. The campus includes special accommodations for the elderly and handicapped. The facility is a community centerpiece and is used by several of the clubs and organizations for meetings and events on the grounds and in the common areas of the buildings. Specific services included, master planning, site engineering, permitting, zoning and construction plans. Project was designed for Gulf Care, Inc.
