Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Design residential and industrial subdivisions, commercial parks, shopping centers, marinas, roadways, utility networks, etc.
• CADD work will focus on land development, public works, and transportation, including roadway plan and profiles, water resources, drainage design, sanitary sewer design, and grading earthwork.
• Develop complete plan sets for construction.
• Perform mathematical and geometrical computations.
• Create scaled engineering drawings using Auto Cad/Civil 3D.
• Create detailed design drawings and related specifications using surveys and conceptual layouts.
• Coordinate with the project team for submittals to various regulatory agencies.
• Perform other related duties as requested to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a civil engineering CAD operator.
• Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology (preferred but not mandatory)
• Working knowledge of AutoCad /Civil 3D.
• Individuals must possess strong technical abilities, and an understanding of engineering.
• Ability to interact with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Self-motivated, and able to work both individually and as a team member.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required within 30 days of hire date.

· Assist in the design of residential and industrial subdivisions, commercial parks, shopping

· Perform mathematical, geometrical, and engineering computations.
· Work towards producing scale engineering drawings using AutoCad/Civil 3D.
· Work towards designing detailed drawings and related specifications using surveys and
conceptual layouts.
· Perform client and project management duties, meeting client schedules and regulatory
commitments.
· Coordinate and submit projects to various regulatory agencies.
· Perform other related duties as requested to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
· Engineer Intern License (E.I.) (Preferred)
· Working knowledge of AutoCad /Civil 3D.
· Individuals must possess strong technical abilities, a professional understanding of engineering,
and a desire to grow as a professional engineer.
· Strong PC/IT skills – Word, Excel, etc.
· Ability to maintain project budgets and schedules.
· Ability to interact with clients and regulatory agencies.
· Self-motivated, and able to work both individually and as a team member.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Requires excellent writing and verbal communication skills, as well as project management and
engineering skills.
· Valid Florida driver’s license required.
