Since 1980 Avalon has been providing the civil design services for health care facilities in Southwest Florida. Some of the projects include:
The hospital site encompasses approximately 40 acres. Specific scope of services included, site master planning, architecture, permitting, paving, grading, irrigation system, traffic control, internal and external roadways, drainage and utility designs in connection with a 200 bed addition. Provided services for several projects involving retro-fit and various departments within and outside the hospital. Some of the departments we have designed projects for include emergency room expansion, MRI facility, obstetrics wing, outpatient surgical wing, life center, women's and children's clinic, cardiac rehabilitation center, day care and medical physician office, ancillary parking and heli-stop relocation. Project designed for Lee Memorial Health Systems.
